By submitting a booking or providing your phone number on this platform, you agree to receive text messages from Haul Network related to your booking, including:
- Booking confirmations
- Hauler dispatch notifications
- Job status updates (en route, started, completed)
- Customer support replies
Frequency, cost, and opt-out
- Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
- Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe from non-essential text messages at any time.
- Reply HELP for assistance or contact support directly.
Note: critical service messages required to fulfill an active booking (e.g. arrival confirmation) may still be sent so we can complete your job.
Sharing
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We use Twilio to deliver messages on our behalf, and they only process the data needed to send the message.
Carriers
Supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
